Setting goals can be tough and time consuming, but it is essential if we are to live a life of achievement and fulfilment.

When we have clear goals and are mindful of them our energy becomes naturally focussed on what we need to do in order to achieve them.

21st December Quote of the Week

This quote comes from the pioneering psychologist William James and dates from sometime around the start of the 20th Century.

This discovery has been proven over and over again in the course of the last one hundred years and is the basis on which all self-help is founded.

If we can take control of our attitudes and keep them positive we will create a foundation for a life full of success and happiness.

This quote is from a speech by the inspirational leader Nelson Mandela.

It emphasises the importance of having big ambitions and setting big goals.

Living life to the full is not only about stretching ourselves and making the most of our abilities. It is also about focussing on the contribution we can make to the world and enhancing the lives of other people.
