Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.
This quote comes from Benjamin Franklin, one of the founding fathers of the USA.

This quote comes from former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill.
Sometimes there may be times in our lives when things seem very bleak, hopeless even. The temptation may be to despair and give up trying.
No matter how bad things seem, it is important to hang in there and keep trying to achieve our goals. This may require flexibility and a change of strategy, but above all it is important to stay determined and persevere.

If we all did the things we are capable of, we would astound ourselves.
