If we are to have good relationships in our personal and professional lives it is essential that we try to understand the attitudes and behaviours of others and that we are able to empathise with them.

If we are judgemental and see things only from our own viewpoint we are likely to alienate people and make enemies of them.

No matter how much talent and ambition we have and no matter how smart we are, it is essential that we are clearly focused.

Our goals give us a direction in life. If we have clear goals and stick to them we can channel our talent, ambition and intelligence into achieving great things and living an extraordinary life.
