Patrick has confirmed that the topic of his keynote talk at next year’s Institute for Ergonomics and Human Factors Conference will be psychosocial factors and quality of life.psychosocial factors and quality of life.psychosocial factors and quality of life.

Patrick said, “psychosocial approaches have already proved to be effective in areas such as healthcare, education and transportation. In this talk I will explore the opportunities for applying them to a number of other areas that are very important in terms of enhancing the people’s quality of life.”

The conference will be held in Blackpool from 16 to 19 April 2012.
